  • We do not choose puppies until they are 4 weeks old.
  • Getting on the waiting list is the best way to secure a puppy.
  • The application helps us screen potential homes.
  • During you phone interview we will discuss what you are looking for and help make suggestions as to which lists will fit your priorities the best. *We do not guarantee adult color or weight.  We try very hard to get as close as possible.
  • Once approved we will email an invoice via, when it is paid you will be placed on 2 lists of your choice.  We start with 2 lists in case we have a pregnancy fail to take or if your preferences are not produced.  We can not control mother nature.

Once the puppies are born we will share pictures and you can decide to stay on your first choice list or move from the first choice to a third choice (while maintaining your position on the 2nd choice list.)   We will let you pass on three litters.   If you can not choose a puppy from the first 3 litters due to timing then you will forfeit your deposit and can reapply when you are ready for a puppy.  If you are not able to get the puppy in the first 3 litters because a certain gender or preference was not produced then you will be able to go on another list.  We are very fair and patient when helping you find the perfect puppy, but ask that you know an exact time that you will be ready to bring the puppy home before applying.

When the puppies are close to 4 weeks old we will have a "selection day" and everyone getting a puppy can make their pick in the order they are on the waiting list.  This allows the coat and features of the puppy to become more prominent and clear.  We want to make sure everyone is thrilled with their newest family member.  Unfortunately, it is a little too early to tell much about their personality.  Personality traits start to be evident closer to 7 weeks old.

Until July 2020 we will not allow visits to make your selection.  We will schedule a time for a video chat or you can use pictures to make your selection.  We appreciate your prompt reply when it is time to make a choice.  Pictures are taken at birth, around 3 weeks old when their eyes are open, and again right before selection.  If you are first on the waiting list for a particular litter and you know which puppy you would like to lock in before the 4 weeks then please let us know and we will lock in your choice and move down the list.

Shipping and Delivery:

Flight Nanny is $450-$550 (most of the time it is $450.)  The nanny meets at my airport and travels with the puppy in the cabin of the aircraft to your airport and will hand deliver the puppy to you in your baggage claim area.  The nanny's do travel on standby, and you have to be flexible with exact delivery times. Most of the time they are on time, but sometimes they have to catch a later flight.

*during COVID-19 Flight Nannies have been few and far between.  We are happy to meet you at an airport with the puppy if you can find a flight in.  Make sure you review the airlines pet travel guidelines*

We also have customers fly to us and meet at our airport.

The cost of flying a puppy home on your lap is the cost of airfare, plus around $100 to get the puppy on the flight (reservations need to be made with the airline before traveling, and you need to make sure your airline will allow an 8 week old puppy to travel.  Delta and United require the puppy to be older.)

Meeting options:

2 hours from 47331 is $100

4  1/2 hours is $250

anything over 5 hours will require a flight nanny.
